BACKGROUND
Eta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. Charitable Foundation, herein after referred to the "Foundation" is a private not for profit tax exempt organization established to implement the charitable and social service activities of the Sorority in compliance with the US Internal Revenue Code, Chapter 501c(3).
COMPONENTS
The Foundation has two components:
I. Program Operations
II. Endowment Investment Fund
Program operations are the coordinating office for the implementation of Foundation activities involving youth development, teen parents, developmentally disabled persons and career readiness.
The Endowment Investment Fund is an investment vehicle established to build capital in support of the charitable and social service activities. The Endowment Fund is managed by the Community Foundation of Southeastern Michigan.
